MARKETING CONCEPTS - Quarter-Long Concept Development Project



I had to select an existing retail consumable product, study the marketplace so that I can learn about the competition and see how my product was tipically positioned and marketed (visually, physically, emotionally, geographically, demographically, and categorcally) I also had to select a specific demographic target, create a fresh and appropriate marketing concept. FINAL PROJECT - Product Magazine Advertisement

For this project I had to create a concept for a new soft drink called Tropical Tea. I had to design the label for this product. I also had to write a one page summary explaining who the target audience is and why i chose the particular font, color, and style for this product label. Once I done that I had to create a magazine advertisement, I was reviewed by my peers on the following criteria:

• Completion of project: Completed Label, Product Shoot, and Advertisement
• Unity: Color, Balance, Hierarchy, and ability to reach your target audience
• Image Quality: Images are high-resolution
